In this update, we cover Godrej Properties’ recent land acquisition in Greater Noida. on June 1st, Godrej Properties Limited announced that it has successfully won a bid for a 23.2-acre residential land parcel located within the DMIC Integrated Township in Greater Noida. The company acquired this land through an e-auction conducted by the DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited IITGNL. It is estimated that the proposed development on this site is expected to generate revenue exceeding ₹7,000 crore for Godrej Properties.

In a regulatory filing, the company stated that it has won the bid through an e-auction for a residential land parcel measuring 93,905 square meters within the DMIC Integrated Township in Greater Noida.” This auction was conducted by DMIC Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited.

Godrej Properties plans to develop a group housing project on this land, which is expected to generate an estimated revenue of over ₹7,000 crore. This project will comprise premium residential apartments of various sizes.

Where is DMIC integrated township located?

The plot is located in DMIC integrated township, Greater Noida which hosts 750 acres of smart plug-and-play infrastructure. It forms part of the Greater Noida market, a major growth corridor with connectivity to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar.

Godrej Properties had previously launched two projects in this region during FY25-26, each generating sales of approximately ₹1,500 crore.

The DMIC Integrated Township is a planned industrial and urban development project that forms part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor DMIC. It is one of India’s largest infrastructure initiatives, aimed at fostering manufacturing, logistics, and urbanization along the Delhi-Mumbai route.

The company acquires land directly and also enters into partnerships with landowners to build a land bank for the development of housing projects.
